Are working class families outside of Milwaukee & Racine too "rich" for educational opportunity for their children?

Ed Willing I agree. This is frustrating. My son shouldn't have to possibly lose his ability to attend a choice school because his parents make more money either. Once you're in, you're in. But any interruption invalidates your qualification. This discriminates against the middle class.
